In order to satisfy the future needs of a market, which demands products having ever increasing technological levels, we dedicate significant resources to our own research.

Specialty rubbers, thermoplastic materials and new vulcanisation systems are just some of the projects that we have been working on for quite some years.

We are also carrying out research into new processes, which will enable us, in the not too distant future, to improve and replace traditional operating systems, currently being employed in the rubber industry.

In order to achieve this today and guarantee it tomorrow, we have established an ambitious plan of continuous improvement. This covers all activities necessary to achieve the objectives established in our strategic plan.

In a systematic, periodic manner, we verify compliance of objectives and the actions undertaken to reach them. We assess the results and any deviations, together with the necessary corrective actions.

We act throughout all corporate activities, giving consideration to the opinions of customers, suppliers, management, consultants, auditors, and above all, to our own workers.

We are working towards continuous improvement in several directions, the environ-ment, productivity, working conditions, safety, ergonomics, efficiency, reliability, quality and service etc...
